Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman located in Comfort, TX. The Construction Foreman will oversee day-to-day construction operations, manage and supervise construction crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Tasks include coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew, performing quality control, operating heavy equipment, and liaising with engineers and other professionals for project optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating Heavy Equipment, with expertise operating Graders
- Quality Control skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles a plus
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Relevant certifications and additional training in construction management are a plus
Pay is based off of experience but starts at $25/hour with overtime available and bonuses. We offer matching 401(k).
