The Sauk Rapids-Rice Public School District No. 47 is seeking a dynamic Grades 9–12 Instructional Coach & Interventionist to strengthen academic instruction and improve student outcomes at the high school level.
This hybrid role combines instructional coaching with targeted student intervention, ensuring both strong Tier 1 instruction and effective Tier 2/3 supports. The position emphasizes instructional practices, using evidence-based strategies to guide coaching, professional learning, and classroom implementation.
A central priority is ensuring alignment between curriculum, instruction, and Minnesota academic standards, while providing the targeted support students need to succeed in rigorous, grade-level coursework.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary based on the 2025-2027 Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Associations Master Agreement starting at $52,166 up to $97,326.
