CNA All Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Saugus Rehab and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working under the direction of the licensed staff charge nurse to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility

• Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the licensed staff charge nurse

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care

• Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain certification and improve skills

Requirements:

• Must be a Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing

• General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred but not required
