Job Description: Support multilingual learners in developing English language proficiency while strengthening academic skills across content areas. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping multilingual learners build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and achieve success in school. Tutors work closely with experienced teachers and EL staff. Statement of Duties: Plan engaging lessons and learning activities for individuals or small groups. Collaborate with classroom teachers and EL staff to support student learning goals. Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs and language proficiency levels. Support elementary students with homework completion and foundational literacy and language skills. Support middle and high school students with assignments while reinforcing academic vocabulary and content concepts. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and document student progress.
