Saugus Public Schools Long Term Substitute Clerk REPOST

This position will go from July 2026 through approximately October 2026 Job Description Duties •Perform all clerical duties required of the school district: greet public; answer telephone; receive and distribute mail; make appointments; type reports, school supplies, equipment; other school-related forms; inventories, provide teachers with all necessary data and forms. •Perform all other general duties as indicated by the Principal of the School, building administrator or the Superintendent of Schools, and directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee, and policies of the Saugus School Committee. Qualifications: Ability to type and operate computers and various computer software such as X2, and perform all clerical work in the office with little supervision. Perform data entry and word processing; data entry will include: daily student attendance; current enrollment data; student information; other data as required. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
