What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor at Kilwins, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Guests have an unforgettable experience. You’ll be a leader on the floor, working closely with team members to maintain our high standards of quality and service. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to meet Kilwins’ standards of excellence.
- Maintain product quality by following Kilwins’ time-honored recipes and procedures.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for Guests.
- Handle Guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
