What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, motivate, and guide your team to deliver top-tier Guest service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and maintaining store standards.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every Guest receives exceptional service and enjoys the magic of Kilwins’ products.
- Sales & Performance: Drive sales and meet performance goals while maintaining the integrity of the Kilwins brand.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of management or leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences.
