Role Description
Sauer Group, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Specialist for an on-site full-time role located in Columbus, OH. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensure optimal performance, and address technical issues. Daily responsibilities include user account administration, troubleshooting IT problems, deployment of user computers, peripherals and mobile devices including iPhones, iPads and Microsoft laptops. ensuring network security, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders in both office staff and jobsite capacities. The role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure seamless IT operations for the organization's needs.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in Windows Administration and overall Information Technology processes.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with Network Security practices to safeguard organizational data and systems.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to assist team members and support internal operations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
- At least 5 years previous experience in IT is required. This is not an entry level position.
