A rapidly growing international company headquartered in Stevensville, MD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate industrial equipment projects following the completion of the sales process. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, managing timelines and expectations to ensure a quality product is delivered on time. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review sales orders and develop project plans based on customer requirements and contractual obligations Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams to meet expectations and to keep the project on track
Follow multiple projects and keep them on task, resulting in a quality product delivered on time
Monitor project progress, manage timelines and ensure milestones are met
Identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery or client satisfaction
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders; addressing questions and concerns throughout the project
Track project costs and ensure alignment with budget
Conduct pre and post project reviews, implement lessons learned
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
BS or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills to support and ensure on time delivery
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills, in the use of Microsoft products,
Experience with SalesForce and ERP systems (Epicor) a plus
