$54,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do
- Support Regional Sales Managers, Healthcare Account Managers, and dealers by ensuring sales systems (InforCRM, Opportunity Manager, eQuote) are fully functional and optimized.
- Manage and maintain dealer support platforms (2020, Project Matrix, CET Designer, SIF files) to streamline quoting and business processes.
- Assist with RFPs, contracts, and compliance reporting for GSA, IDIQ, GPO, and state-level agreements.
- Identify, track, and manage healthcare leads across multiple sources, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Develop and deliver product and technical training for Healthcare Account Managers in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
- Provide administrative and technical support for sales operations, including report generation, expense tracking, meeting planning, and tradeshow coordination.
- Associate degree in business or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in sales support or administrative roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas), Word, and Access, plus experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (InforCRM, Cognos).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and create actionable business cases.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- High aptitude for learning and implementing new technologies, including design software (2020, Project Matrix, CET Designer).
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
