Position Summary:
Machine Operator II will have various tasks and responsibilities including:
- Machine setup, tooling changes and changeovers
- Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to use computers
- Able to read blueprint or markers
- Enter program data
- Responsible for quality
- Accurate use of complex measurement tools
- 3 Axis CNC – Max N, Shoda 2 & 3, Komo, Northwood
- Panel Saw, Miters, Flat Press & Planer
- Bacci, Cemco & Grecon
- Small parts & Double End
- Back & Seat Sander
- Able to assemble component parts
- Willingness to be trained in specialty shop processes and machine usage
- Kilde 1 & 2 Set up and Operate
- 3-axis CNC
- Edgebander Operator
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision
- Able to assist in training employees
- 5-S audits and daily cleaning
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company’s Values
