Experience Manager (Assistant Manager), you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant and right-hand to the Saucy! Experience Director (Restaurant General Manager) —fueling daily operations, coaching top-tier teams, and delivering unforgettable guest moments. You’ll lead from the front and jump into the action with confidence, passion, and Saucy! swagger.

What You’ll Do:
Lead With Saucy! Energy
- Help hire top talent and bring the Saucy! energy into every onboarding moment.
- Train, coach, and develop Rockstars (Team members) and Vibe Captains (Shift Supervisors) to deliver exceptional best-in-class food and hospitality.
- Drive a positive, fun, and inclusive team culture where recognition and motivation are at the forefront — and every employee feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
- Support the Saucy! Experience Director (SED) in leading daily huddles, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.
Deliver the Saucy! Experience
- Own the guest journey—from fresh food to flawless vibes.
- Solve in-the-moment issues and turn complaints into comebacks.
- Create an atmosphere where every guest leaves wow’d!
- Take charge of daily operations when the Saucy! Experience Director (SED) is away and lead with confidence.
Operate with Excellence
- Assist with Profit & Loss (P&L) management—control labor, food costs, and inventory with precision.
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards daily.
- Support new product rollouts and training launches—ensuring a smooth landing.
- Help manage maintenance, digital tools, and overall restaurant readiness.
What You Bring:
- 2 years in restaurant or retail management
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, guest-obsessed environment
- Strong skills in P&L, labor, and inventory management
- Passion for coaching and growing others—always leveling up your team
- Cool under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
