Teachers and Camp Counselors are needed for summer programs Monday through Friday. Positions range in hours from 20 to 35. AA or BA in Education or Early Childhood a plus. Great position for college students and teachers. Morning and afternoon hours available
Job Duties:
-Provide support as a part of a team for preschool and school age children
-Strong communication skills with coworkers and children
-Reliable- consistent with work attendance
-Enjoys engaging with young children
-Follow classroom routine and assist with planned learning activities
-Positive, upbeat attitude-understands children ages 18 months to 5th grade
-Supports hands on learning
-Artistic, theatrical or musical interests welcome
Job Requirements:
-HSD/GED required, CDA or credits ECE a plus
-Comfortable with Preschool Age and School Age children
-Available 5 days a week
-Clearances required
