  • Has a California food handlers card
  • Participates in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant
  • Is able to work in a high volume environment
  • Is able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Is familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment
  • Is able to multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time
