REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS:
1.Patience, sense of humor, flexibility, consistency;
2.Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent;
3.Knowledge of Schools;
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
5.Ability to work cooperatively with school staff and administration;
6.Ability to supervise and work cooperatively with students;
7.Ability to provide instruction as outlines in substitute plans;
8.Proven ability to work independently;
9.Decision making with minimal supervision; accurate, efficient, and capable handling of complex assignments;
10.Respect of confidential information;
11.Willingness to maintain an appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds occasionally;
2.Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict effectively;
3.Job is performed in a school setting with occasional outside weather conditions.;
4.Ability to work in a typical school environment with inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme temperatures, noise and hazards.
