Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared lesson plans and instructional activities in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum development standards, including literacy education, math, early childhood education, and special education needs.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive student interactions.
- Support student development by providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback during lessons.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between substitute teachers and full-time educators.
- Follow all school policies and procedures to uphold safety standards and promote a nurturing learning environment.
