- Logistics Engineer role is to focus on optimizing complete logistics flows (from supplier to point of use) based on efficiency and safety standards, including:
- Preparing and coordinating the tact time, process, and product changes
- Executing and implementing decided improvements and working with continuous improvement
- Engineering tasks like frequency studies, standard operation procedure
- Performing changes in flows and internal/external logistics setup
- Perform rebuilding of a logistics setup.
- On Entry level applies theoretical knowledge typically obtained through education (position typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience).
- May require the following proficiency:
- Work is closely supervised.
- Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
- Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
