Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP FICO and MM modules to meet business requirements.
Work with finance and procurement teams to analyze business needs and implement effective SAP solutions.
Handle integration points between FICO, MM, and other SAP modules (SD, PP, etc.).
Design, test, and document functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Lead workshops and user training sessions across finance, procurement, and inventory functions.
Collaborate with developers for custom enhancements and support UAT and cutover activities.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term solutions.
Support project implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and MM modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Solid experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Purchase Requisitions/Orders, and Goods Movements in SAP MM.
Good understanding of integration between FICO and MM and other modules.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in FICO or MM.
Experience with S/4HANA or ongoing SAP upgrade/migration projects.
Exposure to global SAP environments or multi-country rollouts.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
