Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in technical support.
- Solid foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Possession of a valid Driver''''s License and up to date vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel between several office locations
- In-office presence at least four days per week. This may vary depending on projects.
- 2 years paid experience in using Active Directory administrator. Creating, deleting, setting access permissions, OU''''s, objects, account management, security, GPO''''s, login scripts, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Must have at least 2 years paid experience using PC imaging software and writing written procedures.
Specifically using:
- Norton Ghost
- Clonezilla
- FoG
Must have at least 1 year paid experience in the following:
- Deploying VMs specifically in HyperV
- Troubleshooting mobile devices specifically but not limited to
- Zebra Mobile tablets
- Dell Rugged Mobile Tablets
- Microsoft Surface Laptops
- Microsoft Surface Pro
- Troubleshooting Konica Minolta MFPs and YSoft
- Deploying Shared printers
- Deploying YSoft into Konica Minolta MFPs
- Registering new users into YSoft
Experience with ServiceNow specifically but not limited to:
- Asset Management
- Incident/Ticket Management
- Dashboard creation
- Creating reports
- Experience the City of LA''''s IT hardware salvaging process
- Experience troubleshooting and installing off-the-shelf software specifically but not limited to:
- HyperV
- Bluebeam
- Adobe Professional
- Office Suite 2019, 2024
- Google Suite
- Workday
- Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, FoG
- Experience with SentinelOne
- Deploying SentinelOne through GPO and manually through Powershell
- Uninstalling and removing residuals
- Troubleshooting SentinelOne connection issues
- Experience with Zscaler, machine tunneling, revoking and limiting access.
- Exporting GMail emails and Drive information and converting the information to PDF file.
