What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Program Manager position at Satwic Inc?
The Program Manager will support UC Investments in advancing a portfolio of key digital initiatives related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and technology risk management. This position will work on-site at the UC headquarters in Oakland a minimum of two days per week as per current UC Policy, subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and tracking of UC Investments digital initiatives
- Facilitate discussions meetings and agenda across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop charters, roadmaps, business cases, and status reports.
- Facilitate assessments of technology which would benefit a dynamic investments group.
- Coordinate with UC systemwide partners and external vendors when requested.
- Document risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate development of repeatable program governance processes including governance meetings.
- Effectively escalate bottlenecks and communicate issues to the appropriate responsible parties in a professional manner as a representative of the investment office
- Ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Document and report program success metrics, KPIs, and manage performance dashboards to track progress and demonstrate value.
- Develop and execute approved stakeholder communication plans, ensuring transparent and timely updates to all levels.
- Facilitate change management activities, including development of user adoption strategies, training programs, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Support UC Investments leadership with data-driven recommendations and decision support for prioritization efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of program management experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage large, dynamic, cross-functional programs and projects.
- Strong communication, relationship management and follow-up skills and ability to communicate clearly and consistently across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders, including executive briefings, roadmaps, and status updates.
- Experience managing data, and cybersecurity programs and projects AI experience a plus.
- Understanding of program, project, governance, and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud and security vendor ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and vendor evaluation skills.
- Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity and assist UC Investments leadership with prioritization of initiatives.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership in driving complex initiatives to completion with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with change management methodologies and driving organizational adoption of innovative technologies and processes.
- Track record of driving new processes and work streams to completion.
