Saturn Title, LLC is looking for an experienced Title Examiner to join our Title Production team — someone who can step in and contribute right away.
💰 Pay & Benefits $58,000–$65,000/year, based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO paid holidays, and life/AD&D insurance.
✅ What you'll do 📄 Examine title search packages (chains of title, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, tax records) 🏢 Review surveys and entity docs (trusts, LLCs, corporations, estates) 📝 Prepare accurate, timely title commitments and policies 📞 Support closings and answer title questions for attorneys, lenders, and agents
🎯 What you bring 🔹 3 years of title examination experience (5 preferred), residential real estate focus 🔹 Comfortable working independently with minimal ramp-up 🔹 Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills 🔹 Reliable transportation to our Park Ridge office 🔹 Able to pass a background check
