Position Summary:
The Service Station Attendant is reliable and responsible, and are able to provide full service to our fuel station customers. Station Attendants interact professionally and safely with customers, process payments and keep the station, lot, and dispensers clean.
Essential Functions:
- Perform cashier functions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
Non-essential Functions:

Knowledge
- Knowledge of fuel station operations, including fuel handling, and cash handling procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
Skills
- Ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Abilities
- Practice and foster safe work methods, identify workplace hazards, and use appropriate safety equipment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, professional colleagues, clients, customers, and the public

Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
- Manual dexterity to operate fueling equipment
- Exposure to noise, fumes, odors, dust, and vehicles
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves or safety glasses
