- Track and report on project KPIs to support quality improvement.

- Foster strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
- Lead quality training and promote a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to project planning and documentation from a quality perspective.
- At least 3 years in quality program planning and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical), construction management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting quality as a core project value.
- Proven experience drafting and implementing project-specific quality plans.
