Seasonal Operations Helper

Competitive Hourly Rate:

• $20- $26 per hour

Manufacturing, Warehouse, Construction, Landscaping, or laborer experience preferred, but not required.

We are hiring multiple laborers for a January 2026. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on, active work in a dynamic environment, and want practical experience in the fast-growing Bitcoin mining sector, this is your opportunity to join a team shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct field work in compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) applicable regulations, encourage good employee safety practices, participate in employee safety culture.
• Maintains all company supplied equipment, facilities and tooling
• Adheres to strict security protocols to protect operations from physical and other threats and follows PPE guidelines.
• Motivated and able to stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in industry.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize uptime and equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean an organized work environment within the facilities dispatched to.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Work performed in industrial data center/mining facility environments with exposure to loud noise, high-heat environments, air particulates from equipment and facility operations, and varying/extreme weather conditions.
• Regular physical effort, including lifting over 50 pounds, may be required·
• May require weekends, nights, or on-call work as a regular part of the job·
• Majority of work on-site; office environments may also be included

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated collaborative teamwork
