Satokie Mining, a leader in large-scale Bitcoin mining operations and infrastructure management, is seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our mining facilities in West Texas.

In this role, you'll oversee daily operations at multiple mining sites, manage talented technical teams, and directly impact the efficiency, uptime, and profitability of our regional operations. You'll report directly to our EVP of Field Operations and own responsibility for achieving aggressive performance targets in hash rate, equipment uptime, and operational compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead Operations: Oversee all mining facility operations across assigned West Texas regional sites, driving achievement of hash rate and uptime KPIs while maintaining operational excellence
• Manage High-Performing Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and develop operations and maintenance staff; provide coaching and performance feedback to drive team growth
• Optimize Performance: Identify and eliminate operational obstacles, implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitor equipment risk prioritization
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Oversee OSHA compliance, maintain safe work environments, and conduct regular safety training across all sites
• Drive Financial Discipline: Manage operational budgets, monitor capital and maintenance expenditures, and optimize cost-efficiency without compromising performance
• Maintain Inventory & Assets: Track miners, customer equipment, and company assets; coordinate fleet maintenance, warranty processing, and logistics
• Deliver Results: Prepare management and client reports on production metrics, progress toward objectives, and operational performance
• Build Culture: Foster a professional, high-performing team environment aligned with Satokie's values of excellence, innovation, and integrity

You'll Bring

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
• Minimum 4 years of field-based operational experience
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing teams in operations, maintenance, or similar environments
• Proven track record leading teams to meet uptime and production targets
• Experience with capital and O&M budgeting
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to travel 50–60% and be deployed to various West Texas sites with extended overnight stays

Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and cooling solutions for large data center environments
• Familiarity with Bitcoin mining or industrial-scale computing operations
• Experience with daily work management systems and task prioritization
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Work in industrial mining facility environments with exposure to high noise, heat, air particulates, and varying weather
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or on-call as needed
