Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients regarding maintenance issues.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in repairing CNC Machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating maintenance activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
