Role Description
We are hiring a full-time on-site Porter to join our team in Colton, CA. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property. Daily tasks include cleaning common areas, performing light maintenance, assisting tenants with minor requests, and serving as a key point of contact for property needs. Additionally, the Porter will support the property management team by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring a welcoming environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents.
- Ability to manage duties as a Gatekeeper, ensuring the safety and organization of the property.
- Experience in providing Training and Education to support the community or team as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
