Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with carriers to schedule and manage shipments
Monitor production schedules and sales orders
Communicate with sales teams and customers to ensure service excellence
Prepare shipping and export documentation in compliance with trade regulations
Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies
Identify and support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain accuracy
Bilingual and export experience a plus
