Material Handler

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Material Handler to join our team and perform a variety of duties within the production environment.
Job Description:
The Material Handler position is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of product to customers in a safe and timely manner. This position will be responsible for picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, following safety procedures, and assisting with warehouse organization.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
·Utilizing company provided vehicles, equipment, and trucks to get orders to customers safely and quickly
·Efficiently load/unload trucks using RF scanner guns and hand trucks
·Safely transporting product in strong sunlight to minimize risk of BAC
·Utilizing forklift when necessary to load/unload trucks using power tools
·Keeping the warehouse clean by picking up trash, sweeping, and taking out trash as needed.
·Assisting with inventory keeping, staging, and sorting of product when necessary
·Maintaining quality standards by following procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
·Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) five years with a stable work history.
·Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
