All Sassy's Truckstop employee's are placed on a 90 day probation period upon being hired.
The following guidelines are mandatory:
- safely work with knives and food slicer
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- clean personal hygiene
- ability to be a team player
- ability to twist, bend, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- ability to be on feet for long periods of time
- ability to withstand the heat of the kitchen
- ability to properly use a ladder
- ability to be on time
- must wear anti-skid shoes and head coverings
