What are the responsibilities and job description for the Abatement Division Manager position at Sasser Restoration?
This position is to oversee the management and growth of our asbestos and lead abatement work and is an exciting opportunity to get in on the “ground floor” for the seasoned abatement professional looking to move up. This position will involve the management of the department from start to finish. You’ll be expected to visit with customers, present yourself in a professional fashion, communicate intelligently, create estimates and then oversee the actual abatement. This will initially involve a very hands-on approach as you will be expected to run and participate in the crews performing the abatements. As the team grows the role will become more managerial involving more estimation, sales, and management of crews under you. Other environmental and specialty services would also be offered included, mold mitigation and lead abatement.
