We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mitigation Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering high-quality restoration services. This role is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support mitigation technicians on job sites
Manage water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company procedures
Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets
Perform site inspections and quality control checks
Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
Document job details, including photos, moisture readings, and reports
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
Train and mentor team members to support growth and development
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, etc.)
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of drying techniques and restoration equipment
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
