We are seeking staff (for approximately 4-6 shifts a week). MUST have weekend availability.
Our customers have learned to expect fast, friendly, and accurate service with a smile from the employees at the Missouri Botanical Garden, and we are excited to be adding to our team!
Minimum requirements for Customer Service / Cashiers:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous food service or retail experience a plus
- Some customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Customer service oriented personality
- Highly organized
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Honest work ethics
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
- Capability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to carry up to 20 lbs.
- Capable to stand long hours
- Ability to follow directives
- MUST HAVE DAYTIME & WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
