Key Accountabilities
- Monitor daily unit performance, analyze data trends, and recommend improvements to increase safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Support troubleshooting of production issues by working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other site teams
- Coordinate with Integrated Planning and Business Teams on production plans, feed strategies, and optimization opportunities
- Identify basic cost‑reduction or process‑improvement opportunities and support the development of continuous improvement ideas
- Provide technical support to commercial teams by addressing product specifications and customer inquiries
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes, ensuring safe and compliant implementation of changes
- Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment or process issues (e.g., troubleshooting, RCAs, incident reviews)
- Help track and enforce key Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements within the unit
- Begin developing leadership skills by learning site policies/procedures, supporting frontline teams, and strengthening communication with Operations
