Your Role at Saslow's and Henebry's:
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our customers.
Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences. Provide a personalized and consultative shopping experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Showcase our exquisite jewelry collections and provide detailed information about their features and benefits. Demonstrate expert knowledge of fine jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship techniques
- Offer expert guidance on selecting the perfect piece for any occasion.
· Facilitate sales transactions and provide information on financing and extended service plans.
· Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and private appointments.
· Achieving individual and team sales goals. Exceed individual and store sales targets through storytelling and relationship-building.
- Build lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Manage customer flow and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
· Greet and assist customers with inquiries and directions. Process transactions with precision and discretion, handling high-value purchases with professionalism.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming store environment.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
· Help create a customer-first environment by ensuring customer wait times are low and that the customer feels valued. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring jewelry is displayed securely and attractively.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive brands, and new collection launches.
· Support Special Events, trunk shows, and private shopping experiences
We're Looking for Individuals Who:
- Have a passion for helping customers celebrate life's special moments.
- Possess strong customer service and sales skills.
- Have previous retail or jewelry experience (preferred but not required).
- Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are detail-oriented and possess a positive attitude.
