As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming new vehicles, creating vehicle packets, and auditing parking lots.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $15.50 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Scan in new vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for damage from carriers.
- Create new vehicle packets for each vehicle that houses vehicle information.
- Conduct quarterly audits on storage lots.
- Assist with dealer, SOS, and FedEx runs as needed.
- Destroy M-plates as needed.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Receiving Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
Receiving Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands include:
- 80% of the time will be spent walking or standing, and 20% of the time will be spent sitting.
- This position is performed both inside a garage and outside so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
