If you’re the kind of technician who takes pride in doing things right, mentoring others, and leaving equipment better than you found it — we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician (Level 3) who brings both technical mastery and leadership to our Maintenance Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, mentoring others, and keeping high-volume production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do

- Troubleshoot process-driven challenges such as viscosity variation, inconsistent output, and automated packaging line issues, collaborating closely with Quality and Production.
- Understand how systems interact — from pump-motor alignment to sensor feedback loops — and resolve issues holistically.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Leadership
- Build and refine preventive maintenance programs using predictive techniques like oil analysis and vibration trending.
- Optimize maintenance schedules based on real-world equipment usage and wear patterns.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in Limble CMMS.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Recommend and implement equipment upgrades that improve throughput, reliability, energy usage, and safety.
- Apply lean maintenance and GMP principles to reduce waste and increase uptime.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to fine-tune process parameters for consistent product quality.
Training, Mentorship & Team Development
- Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians through hands-on coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Support skill development in areas like hydraulics, vacuum systems, diagnostics, and safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Help build a team culture grounded in respect, accountability, and shared success.
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Work with external vendors on specialized repairs, equipment optimization, and packaging system improvements (e.g., ProSys).
- Evaluate proposals, manage timelines, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Source and specify chemical-compatible, corrosion-resistant components.
Reporting & Insight Sharing
- Analyze downtime, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
