Type: Permanent Seasonal Position (Every Tax Season)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team during tax season. This is a recurring seasonal role—perfect for someone who enjoys working intensively during the busy season each year and wants to return annually.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review individual income tax returns (Form 1040 and related schedules)
• Assist with small business income tax returns as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer basic tax- related questions
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
• Previous experience preparing income tax returns required
• Familiar with Ultra Tax software a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season
