Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills to manage daily office operations effectively
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in Administrative Assistance for supporting executives with scheduling and correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain office organization with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
