The Product Accessibility Team’s mission is to make the entire analytics lifecycle accessible to people with disabilities. We partner with cross-functional product teams to design, build, and test user interfaces that will work whether you use a keyboard, screen reader, voice control, or any other assistive technology. We also develop custom accessibility tools and industry-defining data sonification technology. 

As an intern, you might:  

• Test products to identify barriers for people with disabilities. 

• Help answer accessibility questions from product teams. 

• Perform design reviews, conduct user research, and deliver training. 

• Contribute to the design and development of accessibility tools and resources. 

• Collaborate with others on our team to solve challenging accessibility problems in the analytics space. 

Required Qualifications  

• You are an undergraduate student studying Computer Science, Information Science, Human Computer interaction, or a related field, not graduating prior to December 2026.  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Strong organizational skills for managing commitments, schedules, and deadlines 
• You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.  
• Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.  
• You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Familiarity with assistive technologies. 

• Exposure to design tools, such as Figma.  

Timeline 

• Applications open: October 31, 2025
• Applications close: This application will close early to mid-November 2025
• Interviews begin:  November 2025
• Internship: May 19, 2026 – August 7, 2026.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
