Marketing FP&A Coordinator

Job Summary:
Provide support to the Marketing FP&A team by assisting with forecasting, purchasing, and accrual activities. Responsible for ensuring accurate expense tracking, maintaining purchase orders, and supporting the financial close process. This position works cross-functionally within the regional organization to ensure alignment between Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing FP&A team with forecasting, purchasing, and accrual support.
• Gather and review requisition requests for assigned marketing channels.
• Partner with Non-Merch Procurement and Expense Payables to request and maintain purchase orders and monitor payments.
• Ensure accurate expense coding to support proper forecasting and financial close.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams across the regional area.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and support cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, procurement support, or related operational role.
• Experience in a corporate or marketing-focused environment preferred.

Special Requirements:

• No formal certifications required; financial or procurement-related training is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information while working cross-functionally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or procurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing financial and purchasing data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
