SAS Airport Services Hawaii, Inc is IMMEDIATELY HIRING Customer Service Supervisor at Kahului Airport (OGG).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate and exchange ideas in meetings and on calls as required keeping the operations at your location updated on daily briefing.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational and monitoring performance against plan, and initiating corrective actions to improve results.
- Ensure your station is focused on achieving optimal customer service, customer retention, and customer relationships to maintain quality of service.
- Maintain strong working relationships with airport authorities / vendors / governmental authorities (FAA/TSA/CBP)/internal divisions.
- Assist the General Manager and/or Operations Manager with station audits, provide the information needed for reports and handle all airline and DOT/DHS/ FAA questions/concerns as required.
- Actively promote adherence to safety practices and programs and hold site employees accountable for leading safety and compliance in the workplace.
- Assist in hiring and retaining employees, scheduling, training.
- Ability to mentor, coach and lead airport staff for further growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including security functions.
- Set a positive example for the station team to ensure excellent customer service and a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or irregular operations.
- Responsible for maintaining station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards for all SAS employees.
- Willingness and ability to work beyond scheduled times due to irregular operations and/or business needs.
