Role Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will focus on engaging with customers to promote sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that products are well-represented on shelves. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with store staff, executing sales and merchandising strategies, staying informed on product knowledge, and identifying opportunities for increased sales and growth within the store.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to effectively engage customers and drive sales growth
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge to confidently represent and communicate product benefits
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with store teams and customers
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet goals in a fast-paced retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); experience in retail or sales will be advantageous
