We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make an impact! Here’s what you need:

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly manner.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience in leading and training team members.
• Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while also fostering team collaboration.
• A commitment to a safety-first approach in a retail environment.
