- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee schedule management for staff meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time utilization
- Coordinate vendor management activities such as ordering supplies, service contracts, and facility maintenance to keep the office well-equipped and functional
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic payroll processing
- Support human resources functions by assisting with onboarding, training & development initiatives, and maintaining employee records
- Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy access to important documents and compliance with record-keeping standards
- Assist in event planning for company meetings or community outreach activities to foster team spirit and organizational engagement
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
