About the job
The Global Pricing team is looking for a Senior Offering Management & Strategy Data Architect to be responsible for aligning the data architecture with business strategy, focusing on the development and optimization of data-driven offerings. This role bridges the gap between strategic business goals and technical implementation, ensuring that data assets are structured, governed, and leveraged effectively to support product innovation, market competitiveness, and operational efficiency. The candidate will work closely with our product teams, global strategic pricing, legal operations, revenue operations, finance, IT, and sales to gather requirements from key stakeholders and coordinate operational readiness.
As a Sr. Offering Management & Strategy Data Architect you will:
Architect data models and pipelines that enable analytics, AI/ML, and reporting capabilities for product offerings
Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Define and enforce data standards, metadata management, and data lineage practices
Continuously optimize data flows, storage, and access patterns to improve performance and reduce costs
Serve as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders of SAS offering go-to-market including global strategic pricing and product managers on operational implications of items under consideration of new or changing offerings
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Collaborate with offering managers to define data requirements for new and existing offerings
Act as a subject matter expert in data architecture during offering development lifecycle

Required qualifications
8 years of relevant experience
Proven experience supporting product or offering management teams with data-driven solutions
Experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture roles
Understanding of business strategy, product lifecycle, and go-to-market processes
Demonstrated ability to simply communicate complex concepts or requirements
Microsoft excel and CPQ pricing systems/tools
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
Additional competencies, knowledge and skills
Ability to work with limited supervision and lead their area of responsibility
Ability to “see around the corner” and anticipate downstream and upstream impacts
Strong organization skills
Meticulous…accuracy and attention to detail are essential to success in the role
Deep sense of curiosity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management experience preferred
Communication skills and an ability to operate cross-functionally
