Monthly CB Goverence meeting - monitor CBs, organize and run

Claim management inside customer B2B for supplier SCARs - containment as per customer guidelines

Create and follow through closure of Supplier claims in PSS

Create and follow through closure of MSAS claims

SCAR tracker update for supplier SCARs

Participate in SCAR meetings with customer

Supplier Sorting, Rework & Q wall Management

Supplier Q-wall & Sorting Coordination & Management - target for closure, rejection rate, defects, action plan & follow up

NON-OFFICIAL CLAIMS

MSAS Line Liaison customer findings/rejects monitor, communicate and follow thru to take action and have suppliers contain

Participate in any non -official claims meetings with customer & Tier 2
