What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Agent & Notary position at Sarvey Insurance & Notary?
Sarvey Insurance & Notary is a family-owned and operated insurance agency and notary service with a job opening in our DuBois location. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a great attitude and excellent people skills to join our team.
The person hired for this position will:
Assist clients in selecting and purchasing appropriate insurance coverage across all lines of business (auto, home, commercial, life, health, etc.)
Service existing client accounts, conduct regular account reviews, and process claims via telephone and in person
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community, and cultivate an excellent reputation for our company by providing world-class service
Meet and strive to exceed biweekly and annual sales goals
Collect premium from customers, print receipts, issue insurance cards, and perform other clerical duties as necessary
Process title transfers, vehicle registration renewals, Driver's License renewals, and other driver and motor vehicle transactions
Work a set schedule Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and some Saturdays from 9am-12pm
All materials and training to become licensed will be provided for hired individuals who do not already hold an insurance license and/or notary appointment. Bonus programs are available for high performing team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
