Job description: The job duties associated with this position primarily involve maintenance and construction work at SarTec properties in Pensacola.
Responsibilities:
- Taking apart or constructing, including building sheds, installing structures/fixtures, and general repairs.
- Cleaning/organizing.
- Using tools such as jackhammers, drills, and saws.
- Forklift, Toolcat and other machine maintenance and operation.
- Supplies ordering as directed.
- Various other projects as directed by your supervisor(s).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- General maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience would be beneficial.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and operate maintenance equipment.
