Role Description The Warehouse Worker will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving goods, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, checking and storing products, picking and packing orders, labeling and staging shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The role also involves operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as permitted and trained. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Flemington, NJ, requiring regular collaboration with warehouse and logistics team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing products and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience with Packing and Unloading, ensuring products are handled safely and prepared correctly for storage or delivery.
- Competence in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or willingness to be trained and certified according to safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials, and to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for handling inventory, labels, and shipping documents.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
